Introducing Broker

 

To invest in QQFund.com Alpha Beta Program, currently/normally, by default, Client can NOT use any introducing broker (either register with CFTC and become a member of NFA or not) to introduce Client to QQFund.com and Client must contact QQFund.com (info@QQFund.com) directly (unless otherwise agreed to by QQFund.com (at its sole discretion)).

 

If QQFund.com (at its sole discretion) does agree to directly/indirectly accept Client to directly/indirectly use (at Client’s sole discretion) any introducing broker (either register with CFTC and become a member of NFA or not) to directly/indirectly introduce Client to QQFund.com, for QQFund.com Alpha Beta Program, due to the current operation methodology/process and operation infostructure/infrastructure set up by QQFund.com, the Client FCM chosen by Client (and/or the introducing broker (either register with CFTC and become a member of NFA or not)) to carry the Client Account must be able to support both REQUIREMENT 1 and REQUIREMENT 2 (as described in the NFA ID: 0258600 Interactive Brokers LLC (IB) (FCM) section of the Disclosure Document. Otherwise, QQFund.com (at its sole discretion) may not manage the Client Account for Client.

 

HOWEVER, even in the case if QQFund.com (at its sole discretion) does agree to directly/indirectly accept Client to directly/indirectly use (at Client’s sole discretion) any introducing broker (either register with CFTC and become a member of NFA or not) to directly/indirectly introduce Client to QQFund.com, please be advised that:

 

·    Besides its staffs in its headquarters (in the USA), QQFund.com does NOT authorize and does NOT intend to authorize any third party to represent QQFund.com to solicit Clients.

·    To invest with QQFund.com, Clients must contact QQFund.com’s headquarters (in the USA) directly and Clients can NOT contact QQFund.com through any third party.

·    QQFund.com does NOT pay and does NOT intend to pay any "client referral fees" to any third party (even in the case that Clients directly/indirectly use (at Client’s sole discretion) any introducing broker (either register with CFTC and become a member of NFA or not) to directly/indirectly introduce Clients to QQFund.com).
