6.          July 24, 2008 --- Mr. Kuen-Yih Hwang has been registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC, www.CFTC.gov) as an associated person and has become an associate member of the National Futures Association (NFA, www.NFA.futures.org) since July 24, 2008 to the present. His NFA ID number is 0401207.

 

7.          September 8, 2008 --- QQFund.com has started managing its client's accounts for the first time since September 8, 2008 (the inception date of QQFund.com Alpha Beta Program) to the present.

 

8.          October 7, 2008 --- QQFund.com has been registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC, www.CFTC.gov) as a Commodity Pool Operator (CPO) since October 7, 2008 to August 1, 2009.

 

9.          March 24, 2009 --- QQFund.com^® is a registered trademark of QQFund.com. It has been registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO, www.USPTO.gov) since March 24, 2009 to the present. Its registration number is 3594806.

 

10.    August 1, 2009 --- QQFund.com has withdrew its registration as a Commodity Pool Operator (CPO) on August 1, 2009 in order to focus on its Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) operation.

 

11.    October 7, 2011 --- QQFund.com has been granted an exemption by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC, www.CFTC.gov) pursuant to CFTC Regulation 4.7 since October 7, 2011 to the present.

 

12.    July 14, 2022 --- QQFund.com has moved its headquarters from the Greater Chicago Metropolitan Area (Naperville), Illinois, USA to the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area (Irvine), California, USA on July 14, 2022. 13.    May 1, 2025 --- As part of the ongoing research and development, on May 1, 2025, QQFund.com has completed its enhancements of its proprietary methodologies, processes, sub-processes, asset allocation methods and risk management methods, etc. PHP, HTML, PYTHON and PYTHON API (supported by Interactive Brokers LLC (IB) (www.InteractiveBrokers.com) and EODHD.com (www.EODHD.com)) are used in house in such enhancements. All of such enhancements are done in house. QQFund.com believes that such enhancements will improve its proprietary methodologies, processes, sub-processes, asset allocation methods and risk management methods, etc. However, there can be no assurance that such enhancements will yield the same or better results that they have in the past.

 

14.    September 27, 2025 --- QQFund.com has filed an Intent-to-Use (ITU) trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO, www.USPTO.gov) on September 27, 2025. QQFund.com intends to use such trademark in commerce in the near future but has not yet begun to do so in commerce. This filing allows QQFund.com to secure an earlier filing date to establish priority over potential competitors. The current status of such trademark application is pending. In the future, after receiving a Notice of Allowance (NOA) from the USPTO, QQFund.com will start using such trademark in commerce and will then also file a Statement of Use (SOU) (the proof of actual use of such trademark in commerce (which includes a specimen)) to the USPTO to fully complete such trademark registration and prosecution process. QQFund.com is hoping it will eventually receive a registered trademark from the USPTO.
